where are the pro tools users?? anyone?
iv been fucking with pro tools 4 like 3 years now and there soooo muchh shyt u can do !! it get soo deep i wonder who use it? if any one get @ me!! one
thats 4 shure pro tools is what the big producers use with rtas plug ins like sample thank sonic synth mirosalv ect.TO MAKE BEATS .. FL IS GOOD but if u wanna make ur beats ur produccion official i recommend protools is a lil bit more complicated but once u know how to use it U Will have a Masterpiece track. and u got to have the soundcard to make it work ..c i got the M BOX 2 the fantom x6 with sample tank, sonic realty, xpand. and thats all i need TO MAKE A NICE REGGAETON BEAT
Pro Tools is the industry leader in studio multitrack recording software. Its the most expensive and you can only use digidesign or m-audio hardware to be able to use it. It can do just about anything with pro tools once you master it, but i have to warn you it is one of the most complex. When it comes to mastering with software alone... nothing beats it. You can almost get the rich sound that you get from hardware mastering. All major studios mostly only accept protools format. Even though we use other software. That is the heart of my studio. When dealing with major studios you should try and have your product in Pro Tools format it makes it easier. They wont let you upload any other software than what they already have running(i know i(we) don't).
Pro Tools is nice and everything, but way overpriced and overpublisized... To be honest yes it is good for mixing/mastering but you can get the same results with almost any other multitrack recording software, and good plugins. Everything about Pro Tools is propriety which is complete bullshit. The only reason I use it is because of the fact that is a supposed industry standard.
You know fruity loops isnt bad for mixing and mastering. It has a monitor on the top to make sure that ur sounds arent to loud that it would cause clipping. The multiband compressor is pretty good. Its just that alot of people rather short cut there mixes and use izotopes. If u dont wanna spend money on protools. Theres a link in the forum for adobe audition. Dont get me wrong protools aint bad. Is just not everyone can afford it or has the audio knowledge to use it. I would go wit Protools LE if u dont know what ur doin and wanna learn how to use it. The shits only 250-350 bucks as oppposed to spendin a grand on that shit and not using it.
